This comic was created in 2023 on white Strathmore paper with Micron pens
and alcohol based markers.
The comic summarizes and highlights the key scenes in Edgar Allen Poe’s The Tell-Tale Heart. There is an abundance of texture, strategic
use of primary colors, and my own stylization
to the characters and setting.
Goose Tail Comic
Goose Tail was created in 2023 on
Strathmore paper with Micron pens
and a red Prisma Color pencil.
The comic is based on a true story of my father who was struck in the back by the tail
end of a goose falling from the sky. The comic highlights the absurdity of the situation
with hidden references and sarcasm. I chose a simple color palette and stylization to allow
the personality of the story to shine through.
